Oredium: Return Policy
At Oredium, we stand behind our product quality, but if for any reason, our customers are unsatisfied with the purchase, we will replace or initiate a refund free of cost. We have an easy return policy for 100% satisfaction of our customers. The details of the return policy are as follows and are applicable for all the products sold at Oredium. Most items purchased through our platform can be returned within the stipulated return window. No refund or exchange will be made against items that have been identified as non-returnable by the seller. Our return policy has been carefully designed to speed up the process and make you feel confident about your purchase.
What is Oredium’s Return and Exchange policy?
Our return/exchange policy gives an option to the customers to return/exchange the products purchased on our platform within a stipulated return/exchange window. Kindly note that every item sold on Oredium has a different return/exchange period (check product details for reference). For a successful return/exchange, we request you to preserve the item in its original form (MRP Tags, manufacturer/brand box, warranty card, user manual, and all the other accessories within it). We allow try and buy services for our products but please ensure that the purchased item is in its original condition.
Oredium’s Pickup Policy
We value our customers and offer them a hassle-free pickup service from their location. Our delivery agent will pick up the item from your location once you place the return request. The item will be eligible for return after the delivery agent checks the item quality. The return will be processed only if: - The product is in its original form including the MRP tags, packaging, user manual, and brand boxes. - The product is not damaged while it was at your possession - The purchased item is not different from what was delivered to you If the item does not pass the quality check, we will re-ship the item back to your location.
If you want to exchange your item for reasons like a mismatch of color or size, we can replace the item without charging any shipping cost. Note that all product exchanges will depend on the availability of stock. Once you place an exchange request, our delivery agent will deliver you the new item and will simultaneously collect the previous one. An item is eligible for exchange only if it is available with the same seller. In case of unavailability, we can initiate a refund to you. Note that we can only offer size or color exchanges. If you want to exchange the purchased item for a different or an alternative product, we will suggest you to return the existing item and get a refund. You can buy the new item separately from our store.
Exceptions to Oredium’s Return Policy
- Products that are vulnerable to damage like fine jewelry can be returned or exchanged within a short time frame. Go through the product details to check the number of days within which you have to create a return/exchange request after delivery. - All the items placed for return/exchange must be preserved in its original form. All accessories, packaging, and tags have to be kept intact with the item. - We allow size exchanges or a different size for the same product under our exchange policy. Exchanges are subjected to the availability of the item with the seller. - If you purchased an item with an offer/gift and you have created a return request for the same, you have to return the gift/offer along with the original item.
