Oredium - Cancellation policy
Oredium is a new e-commerce platform and the best part is that we have a well-designed cancellation policy to allow our customers to enjoy hassle-free shopping experience. Ordering products on our platform is one of the easiest things to do. It might happen that you’ve changed your mind and want to cancel the order that you have placed.
- You can cancel the orders on our website as well as on our mobile application. Go to the ‘My Orders’ section, select the product/products that you wish to cancel and then click on the Cancel button. You will be asked the reason for cancellation. If the reasons are not listed, you can select ‘Reason is not listed’. You should confirm your cancellation after stating the reasons.
- Orders can be cancelled easily before we finally ship your product from our warehouse. As soon as you cancel the order, you’ll receive a message and an email regarding the confirmation of the order cancellation.
- Note that when you cancel the order, the order status will automatically get updated in your ‘My Orders’ Section. Once the order has been cancelled, the refund will be initiated to your bank account or whichever payment mode you have used- debit/credit card.
- Please note that you cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped from our warehouse. In that case, you will not be able to refuse the package at the doorstep. You cannot refuse the order even if you have selected the COD option for your delivery. To cancel a shipped item, we request you to accept the package and then raise a return request for the same. Once you place the request, our delivery agent will pick up the product on the next day and if it passes the quality check, we will process the refund to your bank account.
Oredium can automatically cancel an order if it has not been shipped within the expected shipping date. Get in touch with our customer support team for further queries!
