Orders can be canceled easily before we finally ship your product from our warehouse. As soon as you cancel the order, you’ll receive a message and an email regarding the confirmation of the order cancellation.
Please note that you cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped from our warehouse. In that case, you will not be able to refuse the package at the doorstep. You cannot refuse the order even if you have selected the COD option for your delivery. To cancel a shipped item, we request you to accept the package and then raise a return request for the same. Once you place the request, our delivery agent will pick up the product on the next day and if it passes the quality check, we will process the refund to the source account.
- Choose the product that you want to return from the ‘My Order’ section.

- Fill up the details asked to you for completing the return request. (Please provide correct and valid payment details)

- Online Refund- 7 to 10 days depending on your bank partner
