Oredium.com is a new and young e-commerce platform allowing our users to get access to a wide range of products and services from multiple sellers.
Oredium allows try and buy services to the users. It is a paid service where we allow the users to try the products before purchasing them. This service allows product trials at the time of delivery, pay for what you like and the rest you can return on the spot. We offer these services to some specified pin codes. So, we request you to check the serviceability by entering a valid pin code. You need to tick the ‘Try and Buy’ service while checking out. Please note that we offer these services only during big sale days.
Oredium is an e-commerce platform allowing different sellers to sell their products and services through our platform. The price of the products offered in Oredium is solely decided by the seller and we do not interfere in this matter. Therefore, a similar product may be sold for different prices. Note that we comply with all the legal requirements while integrating multiple sellers on our platform.
Oredium never requests for confidential information from users through call or an email. Never provide any personal information or other confidential data like Credit/debit card PIN or mobile or net banking password to anyone who claims to be from Oredium. We at Oredium never request our users for such information. In case you’ve already shared such information, we advise you to report the matter urgently to the Law enforcement agency.
Please beware of email, calls or text messages from fraudulent agencies regarding promising job opportunities at Oredium in place of recruitment or processing fee. Kindly note that Oredium and its recruiting affiliates will never charge any upfront fee any fee in exchange for an interview call or an offer letter. All notices and announcements regarding job opportunities at Oredium are communicated from our official mail id only.

Orders can be canceled easily before we finally ship your product from our warehouse. As soon as you cancel the order, you’ll receive a message and an email regarding the confirmation of the order cancellation.

Please note that you cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped from our warehouse. In that case, you will not be able to refuse the package at the doorstep. You cannot refuse the order even if you have selected the COD option for your delivery. To cancel a shipped item, we request you to accept the package and then raise a return request for the same. Once you place the request, our delivery agent will pick up the product on the next day and if it passes the quality check, we will process the refund to the source account.

Creating a return request is very simple. You need to follow three steps to return your order. However, we want to mention to you that your returns will be accepted only if the product is in its original form along with the tags, package boxes and the other accessories delivered along with the package.
  • Choose the product that you want to return from the ‘My Order’ section.
  • Click on the Return option
  • Fill up the details asked to you for completing the return request. (Please provide correct and valid payment details)
Your product will be picked up within 3 to 4 days from the date of placing such a request. However, it might vary depending on the logistics partner that’ll be allotted for picking up your product.
All the returns will be made on the basis of Oredium’s Return Policy. The amount will be initiated to your bank account or Oredium wallet after a successful pickup. The amount will get reflected in your account within the following timelines:
  • Oredium credit- Instant
  • NEFT- Within 1 to 3 days
  • Online Refund- 7 to 10 days depending on your bank partner
Depending on the location, you can send the returned products to one of our returns processing facilities. You need to give a discourse to the seller from whom you’ve purchased the products (check order invoice for the details of the seller). Your package will be rejected if you ship it to some other address.
We allow access to our website to those persons who accept and acknowledge the terms and conditions of use. Persons who are ineffectual to form binding agreements will not be eligible to use our website. If you are below the age of 18 years, the transactions can be done by your legal guardian provided that they are registered users of Oredium. We reserve the right to deny access, or block, suspend and terminate the membership of a person if it is found that the person is incompetent of forming agreements that are binding on them.
